Your comfort while at the salon is of the utmost importance to us, please let us know if there is something we can do to make your experience better.

While we take precautions to prevent any color or product from coming into contact with your clothing, it can still occur. Client robes are available on request. We are not responsible for any damage, loss or theft of clothing and personal belongings. 

 

scheduling and canceling appointments

We suggest you book your appointments at least 7 days in advance to secure your desired time.  If you need to cancel we ask for 24 hours notice so we can make the appointment time available for another client. If you are running late we will do our best to accommodate, but we may need to reschedule your appointment. No showing an appointment  may result in a deposit being required. for future services.

 

Referrals

Referring your friends to us is a great compliment, and to show our appreciation we will apply a $10.00 "thank you" credit towards future services.
 

Gift Certificates 

Gift certificates are available in any amount, and can be mailed upon request.  Visit the online shop or salon to purchase. They are non refundable.
 

Product Returns

We are confident in our selection of retail products as well as our individual recommendations. Unfortunately we can only accept a return for salon credit if the product is defective.
