Salon Policies

Our Promise

  • All services get the MOZZIE FOX promise that your hair will look and feel its best. You will be thrilled with the results.
  • If you are not jumping for joy tell us before you leave. We can make any adjustments needed.
  • If unhappy with your service notify us within 72 hours of leaving the salon. 
  • Any warranty services need to be scheduled AND done 10 days after unhappy service.
  • Warranty services will be void if any other adjustments were made after leaving the salon, or if there was failure to disclose any past services or treatments.

Scheduling  and Cancelling Appointments

We suggest you book your appointment at least 7 days in advance to ensure your desired appointment time. If you need to cancel please allow for 24 hours so we are able to make that reseved time available to someone else. If you are running late, please understand that if it is more than 15 minutes we may have to reschedule. If you continually cancel last minute or no show we may require a non refundable deposit at the time of the appointment.

Client Referrals

Referring your friends to us is a wonderful compliment, and to show you our appreciation we will apply $10.00 credit towards future services with us as a thank you.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates, cards or virtual cards are non refundable and are valid for products and service. 

Products Returns

We are confident in the products we use and sell, unfortunatly we can only accept a return for salon credit if the product is defective. No refunds are given.
